  I've worked at Starbucks in the past and my daughter works there now - so I can say this with experience behind me- 4 young ladies working behind the counter .. Everyone seemed lost. Patrice 350813 didn it know what a breve is. Wanted my latte made breve style and not with milk. Had to tell her it was half and half. She needs retrained. The girl who gave me the cookies gave me 2 extra. I tried to tell the girl making my drink she gave me 2 too many. She said "oh that's ok". So she lets people steal. And when she made my drink she didn't add the extra shot of expresso because the cup was marked wrong. So I had her add the shot. And when she handed it back to me she handed it to me with no lid on it Had to ask her for it. Good thing I didn't spill it. ..At least one young lady did step up and apologize Worst service ever at s Starbucks

  Besides the incompetency, this team is unapologetic about their errant ways. As I waited 7 minutes for a hot tea (put bag in cup, pour in hot water is all that is required) they messed up another ladies drink by making her something totally different than what she wanted. it took them 10 minutes to mess up her drink. The staff shrugged it off, didn't offer her a free drink card and half ass offered to make her a new one.
  
  Go to Bottega, green beans, anywhere else.

  I almost never write reviews, but this is the worst Starbucks I've ever encountered. The baristas are so busy complaining audibly about their schedules and coworkers, they're messing up drinks and being incredibly rude to customers. There's no milk out, so three people have already had to ask for it. It took 20+ minutes for me to get to the front of the line when there were only about 10 people ahead of me, because they keep having to remake drinks. Unacceptable, especially for a location where people need to be on time for their flights.
